Trading Independence and Research Independence Policy

  1. Trading Independence Policy
    Greenwing AI Incorporated (“Greenwing” or “the Company”) does not trade securities, commodities, derivatives, or other financial instruments based on its research, reports, Agricultural Intelligence Alerts, or related non-public information. Greenwing prohibits its employees, interns, contractors, and members of its Scientific Advisory Board from trading on non-public Greenwing research or information obtained through their relationship with the Company, or from providing such information to others for trading purposes.

  2. Research Independence Policy
    Greenwing conducts independent agricultural research and analysis. Its findings are determined by its data, analytical methods, and scientific judgment. No customer, client, sponsor, commercial partner, or other outside party may direct or influence Greenwing’s analytical conclusions in exchange for payment or other commercial consideration.

Greenwing may update these policies periodically to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes.
