Greenwing AI is led by its founders, who remain responsible for system design, governance, and long-term operational stewardship.

Alan M. Fisch
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Alan leads Greenwing’s institutional strategy, governance structure, sovereign engagement, and global intellectual property strategy. He oversees long-term operational continuity across all corporate engagements.

He earned an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin. He began his career in software engineering roles at Texas Instruments.

Alan later earned a law degree from Tulane University Law School, served as a patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and practiced law for more than twenty-five years in software and computational system patent litigation across multiple national jurisdictions.

Joshua E. Fisch
Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Joshua directs Greenwing’s technical strategy, system architecture, and analytical framework. He leads the engineering work responsible for the company’s satellite-derived land condition analysis framework and national-scale reporting architecture.

Previously, Joshua developed satellite-based sensing systems, signal analysis tools, and computational models at MIT Lincoln Laboratory.

He earned a degree in Astrophysics from the University of Chicago, where he focused on quantitative modeling and large-scale data analysis. Joshua is also an MBA candidate at the Chicago Booth School of Business.
